Failure Analysis Engineer
About the role
Investigate machines' process failures, identify root causes, and work with engineering and manufacturing teams to prevent recurrence. Your findings will help improve product reliability, production yield, and customer confidence.
What you will do
- Perform structured failure analysis on PCBAs, optical modules, and burn-in or test systems.
- Use inspection, electrical testing, data analysis, and fault-isolation methods to determine root causes.
- Document findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with design, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
- Support new product introduction, production yield, and reliability improvements.
What you bring

- Ability to read schematics and use common laboratory test equipment.
- Clear technical reporting and cross-functional communication skills.
